How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Every item at ChasingVance is made to order just for you. This on-demand process cuts down on retail waste and overproduction.
- Production Time: It typically takes 3–5 business days to print, pack, and prepare your order.
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
- Total Estimated Time: Please allow roughly 2 weeks from the day you order to the day it arrives at your door
I received a tracking number, but it isn't moving. Is it stuck?
Don't worry — your package is safe! We generate your shipping label as soon as your item finishes printing and enters our packaging station.
- It can take 24–48 hours for the shipping carrier to scan the package into their system at the first sorting hub.
- If your tracking status says "Pre-Shipment" or "Label Created," it means your order is packed and waiting for the carrier's daily pickup.
Why has my tracking stopped updating mid-transit?
Tracking updates can sometimes pause for a few days when a package transfers between regional sorting facilities or passes through a major mail hub — this is completely normal.
- If your order is international, tracking may briefly pause while the package clears customs.
- If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 7 business days, please reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs delays depending on your country's regulations. These factors are outside our control, but you can track your package's journey using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our fulfillment process is automated, we begin printing your custom item very quickly after an order is placed.
- If you need to change a size or cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it.
- Once an item has entered production, we are unable to make changes or stop the shipment.
